I know it's just a joke but people who get really surprised when he thinks 1.000.000$ is a small loan need to wake up. One million dollars to start a business isn't that much, to be honest, if he asked one million just to start a fruit stand it would be obviously outrageous but to create a whole business from scratch takes a lot more than most people have saved in the bank, that's the reason why not everyone can start one.
