The podcast that I have here is something that I only wish I could have heard sooner.

Personaly I found relief in listening to the guys in it. The podcast team is made from a group of artists, all versed in different aspects of art. You have a writer, a musician and a comic artist and they talk about the daily struggles, fears and even personal doubts of and about thier work. They chose a topic for each episode of the podcast and then they explain what it means to them and how they deal with stuff. It's not a boring tutorial on how to improve yourself.These guys merely share thier own experiences in an honest and very relatable way.
